ABOUT ME
I am a wife, mother, sister and daughter who has been working in International school settings for the past 17 years. Having experienced my own children's transitions and challenges moving from mainstream school to International school I discovered my passion for working with children and supporting their success. Initially, Behaviour Mentoring: The Hidden Need, was my way of opening up the discussion around the behaviour of children and what this means. Understanding how our behaviour can positively impact outcomes for children who are challenged in mainstream education prompted me to return to university. I graduated in 2017 with a BSc (Honours) Open degree majoring in Childhood development and psychology. This only prompted me to continue studying graduating with merit from Birmingham University in 2018 with a Post Graduate Certificate in Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). The launching of Mentoring Services is the next step in my journey to reach and support the success of all children.
